Returns

You may return an item within 30 days from shipping date, for a refund or a replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request via our online Product Return Form (below)

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns received without authorisation will not be processed for a refund or exchange.

  1. Create a product return request by filling in and submitting the online Product return Request form (below)
  2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days, please do not send your item(s) until you have received a returns authorisation number. You will receive a notification e-mail when your request is approved.

Upon receiving your notification e-mail which confirms your Product Return Number, please print it off and enclose it in with the item(s) being returned. Please ensure that the Product Return Number is also written on the outside of the parcel.
