K-Flex Butyl Tape is a professional-grade self-adhesive sealing tape combining a high-performance butyl rubber adhesive compound with a reinforced aluminium-PET film. The 100mm width is designed for wider joints, larger insulation overlaps, and heavy-duty sealing applications where the 50mm roll would require multiple passes. Bonds reliably to glass, steel, aluminium, PVC, wood, and polycarbonate — even at low temperatures down to 0°C.

Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, smooth, and dust-free
- For temperatures between 0°C and 5°C, confirm no frost or condensation is present
- Unroll tape to the required length and remove the release liner
- Position and press firmly to avoid air bubbles
- When joining two lengths, overlap by at least 50 mm
- Finish with a roller or cloth pad for optimal adhesion
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in original unopened packaging in a dry, ventilated area at +5°C to +40°C. Use within 12 months of production date. Storage above 50°C may make the release liner difficult to remove. Not affected by frost.
Note: Butyl sealants have no elastic recovery — do not use as a structural adhesive or for load-bearing applications. Check chemical compatibility with any substrate adhesives before use.
