We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Free from installation marks, cuts, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns for business customers are handled at our discretion and may be subject to additional conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is faulty, or
- We have sent the incorrect product
If requested, we can provide a return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items where permitted by applicable law.
This fee will not apply if:
- The item is faulty, or
- The incorrect item was supplied
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products cut to size
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
