Flexible Condensate Drain Hose
Flexible drain hose for routing condensate from wall-mounted splits, ceiling cassettes, and ducted units to the nearest drain point. The Castel DH-ADP96 flexible condensate drain hose in 16/18/20mm accommodates all standard indoor unit drain outlets on a single 50m coil. RVT braided vinyl tubing in 6mm (1/4") and 3/8" ID for condensate pump outlet connections and tight-radius routing. Use flexible hose for domestic installations and where the drain run changes direction frequently.
Rigid PVC Drain Pipe & Fittings
Grey PVC pressure pipe in 3/4" and 1" with matching elbows (45° and 90°), tees, and straight couplers for rigid condensate drain runs on commercial and ducted installations. Rigid pipe is preferred for longer unsupported horizontal runs where flexible hose would sag and trap condensate. White overflow pipe in 21.5mm (3/4") with elbows, tank drain connectors, and talon clips for overflow and secondary drain connections.
Drain Tray Connectors & Fittings
Drain pan connectors in 21.5mm OD for connecting drain hose to indoor unit condensate trays. Hose cap fittings for sealing unused drain outlets. Sauermann 6mm tee connectors and connector kits for splitting condensate hose runs to multiple pump inlets. Condensate pump accessories including hose clips and float switches are stocked separately.
Insulated Drain Hose
Use insulated drain hose where condensation on the outside of the drain pipe could cause dripping or damage — particularly on chilled water and low-temperature systems where the drain pipe surface temperature drops below the dew point. Pipe insulation can be applied to standard drain hose where pre-insulated hose is not available.
