Shipping policy

Overview

Airconspares (Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Ltd) delivers throughout the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm are dispatched the same working day subject to availability.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

We aim to process all orders promptly, but processing times may vary during peak periods.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2–5 working days

Deliveries to remote, offshore, or non-mainland locations may take longer.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Order size
  • Delivery location
  • Selected delivery method

Any applicable free shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed at checkout.


Insulation Packaging

Most insulation products are supplied in 2-metre lengths.

Orders not purchased in full box quantities may be folded for shipping efficiency. This does not affect product performance.

Collection Terms

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection
  • Collection is available during normal business hours
  • Please bring your order number when collecting
  • Orders will be held for 21 days, after which they may be cancelled

Delivery Responsibility and Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

You are responsible for:

  • Inspecting goods at the time of delivery
  • Signing for goods where required

If goods are signed for as “received in good condition”, we may be limited in our ability to claim against the courier.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim a replacement or refund.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect from depot

Additional delivery charges may apply.


Returns

All returns must be authorised before items are sent back.
