K-Flex ST Self-Seal
The trade standard for domestic and light commercial AC installations. Pre-slit 2m lengths with a factory-applied self-adhesive seam — no adhesive required for straight runs. Available in 9mm, 13mm, and 19mm wall thicknesses across a full range of bore sizes from 6mm to 54mm. Fast to install, clean finish, consistent vapour barrier.
K-Flex ST Standard Tube
Non-self-seal tube for installations where K-420 adhesive is preferred or required. Suitable for all refrigerant pipework, chilled water, and HVAC applications. Same Class O rating and dimensional range as the self-seal range.
K-Flex Insulation Coil
Continuous coil format for bulk installs, VRF/VRV systems, and long pipe runs. Lower cost per metre than pre-cut tube. Cut to length on site. Ideal for multi-unit commercial installations where speed and material cost matter.
K-Flex Sheet & Roll
Flat sheet insulation for wrapping irregular shapes, ductwork, valves, and fittings where tube format is not practical. Available in standard and self-adhesive backed versions.
Completing a K-Flex Installation
For a compliant, long-lasting vapour barrier, all K-Flex installations require K-420 contact adhesive at all joints, bends, tees, and cut ends, and K-Flex insulation tape to seal the seam and any exposed edges. Skipping either step creates condensation risk at the joint. Both are stocked under Pipe Insulation Accessories.
