Description
Low Profile ERRP Condensate Removal Pump (FP2597)
The Low Profile ERRP Condensate Removal Pump is a lightweight, slimline plastic pump designed exclusively to fit underneath retail refrigeration cabinets. It allows for the efficient removal of defrost and contaminated water, making it an ideal solution for refrigeration units and cold store cabinets where direct drainage is not possible.
Description
This pump is specifically engineered to be installed underneath island refrigeration units to collect water produced during the defrost cycle. It is triggered by a hall-effect float/sensor arrangement, enabling it to discharge water up to a maximum recommended head of 21 metres (with approx. 10 L/h flow at max head) to a suitable drain. It features a high-level safety switch that can shut off the refrigeration unit or activate an alarm in the event of a pump failure.

Installation Notes
Important: This pump should only be connected to one refrigeration unit. It is designed to sit level on its base. Ensure there are no kinks or obstructions in the discharge tube, which must have an internal diameter of 10mm and be secured to the pump outlet with a clamp. The float must always be positioned around its column, with the magnet facing upwards.
Important: For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend placing an anti-bacterial strip (such as StayClean) between the two filters in the tank. The strip must always be positioned between the filters and not in the float chamber.
Maintenance Guide
Clean the pump tank and both filters every six months (or more frequently if required) using an anti-bacterial solution to prevent residue buildup. Replacement anti-bacterial strips are available on www.airconspares.com.
Note: Ensure any chemicals used are compatible with the pump.
