Overview
The Aspen Endurance Boiler Pump is engineered for robust performance in boiler condensate removal applications. Ruggedised to enhance reliability, it accommodates short, infrequent temperature spikes up to 85 °C (less than 5 minutes) while maintaining a standard operating temperature of 60 °C. Designed to handle acidic condensate with pH > 2.2 (or lower with a neutraliser), this pump is suitable for boilers up to 200 kW, making it ideal for larger domestic and commercial condensing boilers.
With a maximum flow rate of 550 L/h at 0 m head and a recommended maximum head of 5 m (approx. 55 L/h), the Endurance ensures efficient condensate evacuation. Its 1.5 L tank capacity and quiet operation at 44 dB(A) @ 1 m minimise noise disruption. Powered by 230 VAC at 0.7 A (80 W, 50 Hz), the pump operates non‑continuously with a cycle of 5 minutes on / 5 minutes off for efficiency and longevity.
Installation is straightforward, aided by a built‑in spirit level and IP24 splash‑proof protection. The pump includes four inlets (21–27 mm) and 6 mm / 10 mm outlets, plus a 3.0 A normally‑closed high‑level safety switch to prevent overflow. A stainless‑steel motor shaft and a thermally protected, maintenance‑free motor ensure durability and safety.

Installation & Safety
Installation must be performed by a qualified HVAC/R professional. Fit a 3 A fuse in the wiring circuit; consider an inline 1 A fuse (FP2620) for additional protection. Wire the high‑level safety switch to shut down the boiler on a fault. After installation, test by filling the tank, checking for leaks, and verifying safety switch operation.
Do not use in oily or dusty environments. Keep discharge hose ≤ 10 mm ID. Maintain regularly by inspecting/cleaning floats and the tank. Dispose via WEEE‑compliant recycling.
