Ball Valves & Shut-Off Valves
Henry ball valves with integrated Schrader valve in 1/4" and 5/8" for refrigerant line isolation and service access on AC and refrigeration systems. Mastercool 90° manual shut-off valves in red (high-side) and blue (low-side) with 1/4" flare connections and flexible hose for manifold and recovery machine connections. Mastercool straight manual shut-off valve hose adapters (set of 3) for positive isolation at hose connections.
Schrader Valves & Caps
1/4" flare Schrader caps for sealing service port access valves when not in use. Mastercool R1234yf universal valve core master kit for replacing valve cores on next-generation AC system service ports. Valve core replacement is required when service ports leak or fail to seal correctly after repeated use.
Expansion Valves
Sporlan 1/2" x 7/8" thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) with 60" capillary tube for commercial refrigeration applications. TXVs control refrigerant flow into the evaporator based on suction line superheat — correct sizing and setting is critical for system efficiency and compressor protection.
Line Tap Valves
Diversitech 5/16" refrigerant line tap valve for accessing sealed refrigerant lines without cutting or brazing — used for diagnostic pressure checks and refrigerant access on systems without service ports. Use with care and only where permanent service access is not practical.
