EnviroCoil Condenser and Evaporator Cleaner 5 Litre
Description
EnviroCoil Universal Coil Cleaner - 5L Concentrate
EnviroCoil is an advanced, detergent-based universal coil cleaner designed specifically for air conditioning systems. Aspen Pumps manufactures this eco-friendly formula, ideal for maintaining evaporators and condensers in HVAC setups. Its mild composition ensures effective cleaning without compromising safety or environmental standards, making it a top choice for professional HVAC technicians and DIY enthusiasts in the UK.
Product Overview
EnviroCoil is a versatile cleaner that tackles dirt, grease, and debris on air conditioning coils. Unlike harsher alternatives, it contains no acids, phosphates, harmful solvents, Sodium Hydroxide, or Potassium Hydroxide. The surfactants in EnviroCoil are almost totally biodegradable, aligning with sustainable practices. This 5L concentrate can be diluted to produce 25-45 litres of ready-to-use solution, depending on the application—1:4 for condensers or 1:8 for evaporators. It is fully compatible with condensate pumps and safe for indoor or outdoor use.
Certified under the NSF Nonfood Compounds Program, EnviroCoil meets high standards for use in sensitive environments. Part Number: S010167GB. Available in 5L packs for efficient storage and shipping.

- Condensate pump is safe, preventing damage to equipment.
- Effective against dirt and grease deposits without aggressive chemicals.
- NSF listed for added assurance in professional applications.
- Available in larger 20L sizes (Part No. S010312GB) for high-volume needs.
Applications
EnviroCoil is suitable for a wide range of HVAC maintenance tasks:
- Cleaning air-cooled evaporators in larger systems, air handling units, and split-style units.
- Removing buildup from air-cooled condensers for improved efficiency.
- Degreasing electronic air filters to restore optimal performance.
It is recommended for professional use only, ensuring safe and effective results in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
Directions for Use
Always wear suitable PPE and consult the Safety Data Sheet before use. Directions are recommendations; results may vary based on conditions.
Evaporator Coils - Larger Systems and Air Handling Units
- Dilution: 1:8 (makes 45 litres).
- Isolate the unit if necessary.
- Apply with a low-pressure sprayer on a coarse pattern, starting at the top and working down.
- Saturate to run-off. Leave the air flow on for penetration if possible.
- Rinse with clean water. Rinse water is non-hazardous.
Split-Style Units - Smaller and Split Units
- Dilution: 1:8 (makes 45 litres).
- Turn off the unit and isolate electrics.
- Apply as above, soak for 5 minutes.
- No rinsing required—cooling process rinses naturally (rinse heat pumps).
- Turn unit on.
Air-Cooled Condensers
- Dilution: 1:4 (makes 25 litres).
- Isolate the unit.
- Apply with a low-pressure sprayer, allow 5-10 minutes to work.
- Rinse thoroughly. More effective on warm condensers.
Air Filters
- Dilution: 1:2 (makes 15 litres).
- Turn off the unit and fans.
- Spray liberally, penetrate for 5 minutes.
- Rinse with clean water.
