The Aspen Endurance Boiler Pump is specifically engineered for robust performance in boiler condensate removal applications. Ruggedised to enhance reliability, it accommodates short, infrequent temperature spikes up to 85°C (less than 5 minutes) while maintaining a standard operating temperature of 60°C. Designed to handle acidic condensate with pH levels greater than 2.2 (or lower with a neutraliser), this pump is suitable for boilers up to 200kW (682,000 Btu/h), making it ideal for larger domestic and commercial condensing boilers.

Featuring a maximum flow rate of 550 L/h at 0m head and a recommended maximum head of 5m (with a flow rate of 55 L/h), the Endurance ensures efficient condensate evacuation. Its 1.5L tank capacity, combined with quiet operation at 44 dB(A) measured at 1m, minimises noise disruption. Powered by 230 VAC at 0.7A (80W, 50Hz), the pump operates non-continuously with a cycle of 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off for optimal efficiency and longevity.

Installation is straightforward, aided by a built-in spirit level for precise positioning and IP24 splash-proof protection. The pump includes four inlets (21-27mm diameter) and outlets for 6mm or 10mm hoses, and a 3.0A normally closed safety switch to prevent overflow. Installation and Safety Guidelines

This pump should only be installed and serviced by a qualified HVAC/R professional. Ensure a 3A fuse is installed in the wiring circuit, and consider adding a 1A in-line fuse (FP2620) for overload protection. The high-level safety switch must be connected to shut down the boiler in case of pump failure. After installation, test the pump by filling the tank with water, checking for leaks, and verifying the safety switch operation.

Do not use in oily or dusty environments, and ensure the discharge hose does not exceed 10mm ID. Regular maintenance includes inspecting and cleaning the floats and tank. For WEEE compliance, dispose of the pump responsibly through separate collection facilities.
