The Javac JAV-1444 simplifies this procedure with dual-mode operation: initiate the PURGE function at a pre-set regulated flow rate, then switch to BRAZE mode with a simple turn of the control knob to deliver a steady 3 L/min — sufficient to protect the joint from oxidation while minimising nitrogen consumption.

How to Use

1. Insert the purge device into the pipe and rotate to create a secure seal
2. Set control knob to OFF and carefully open the nitrogen cylinder valve
3. Turn to PURGE — allow system to purge for several minutes to remove all air
4. Turn to BRAZE — nitrogen flows at 3 L/min to protect the joint during brazing
5. Once complete, remove device, close cylinder valve and release remaining gas
