Javac VG-64 Digital Vacuum Gauge | 0–12,000 Microns

The Javac VG-64 is a dual-port, high-resolution digital vacuum gauge designed for professional HVAC and refrigeration engineers. With a thermistor sensor, 1 micron resolution below 200 microns, and display updates every half second, it gives fast, accurate vacuum readings during system evacuation. Reads in seven international units and attaches to the manifold or vacuum pump via a standard 1/4" male flare fitting. Powered by a single 9V battery (not included) with up to 40 hours of battery life and auto shut-off after 10 minutes above 12,000 microns.

Now supplied with a convenient magnetic HVAC strap for hands-free use on site. A 2-year manufacturer guarantee and 5-star service and support rating from Javac.

Frequently Asked Questions

What battery does the VG-64 use?
The VG-64 is powered by a standard 9V battery, which is not included. Battery life is up to 40 hours of use.

What vacuum range does the VG-64 measure?
The VG-64 measures from 0 to 12,000 microns, covering the full evacuation range required for HVAC and refrigeration system commissioning.

How accurate is the VG-64?
Accuracy is +/- 10% in the 100–1,000 micron range, with 1 micron resolution when vacuum is at or below 200 microns. The display updates every half second for real-time monitoring.

What units does the VG-64 display?
The VG-64 reads in seven international units: Microns, mbar, Pa, Torr, mTorr, psi, and inHg — switchable on the gauge.

How does the VG-64 compare to an analogue vacuum gauge?
The VG-64 offers far greater resolution and accuracy than an analogue gauge, with 1 micron resolution and digital display. For a no-battery analogue option, see the Javac CR2-40 Analogue Vacuum Gauge.

Can the sensor be cleaned?
Yes — the sensor can be cleaned using isopropyl alcohol.
