How to Use:

Cutting Tubing (70033)

1. Open cutter and place it around the tubing
2. Tighten the cutter wheel against tubing
3. Rotate the cutter around tubing
4. Gradually tighten whilst rotating
5. Continue until the tube is cut through
6. Deburr cut end before flaring

Creating 45° Flares (70051)

1. Cut tubing to length using 70033 cutter
2. Deburr inside and outside of the cut end
3. Select appropriate flaring cone size
4. Place tubing in the flaring bar
5. Position the tubing to correct height
6. Tighten flaring bar securely
7. Thread the flaring cone into position
8. Tighten cone to create a 45° flare
9. Remove tubing and inspect flare
