ScalePro™ is the ultimate limescale remover for adiabatic cooling systems, specifically designed to dissolve and remove the toughest limescale and rust deposits from water-based installations. This innovative limescale remover is non-toxic and biodegradable, making it safe for personnel, equipment, and the environment.
Constant water cooling deposits a sedimented mineral coating on metal surfaces, limiting airflow, thermal efficiency, and dissipation. This buildup results in soaring head pressures as the condenser struggles to dissipate heat, ultimately leading to system failure. Directions for Use
- Isolate electrics on the system.
- Wet the coil with water. Using a low pressure sprayer, spray ScalePro™ onto the affected area — starting at the bottom one corner and progressing methodically up and across.
- ScalePro™ will bubble on contact with mineral deposits. Leave for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- Rinse the coil thoroughly with water for 15 minutes until all ScalePro™ is removed.
- If any limescale remains, repeat the whole process as necessary.
Note: ScalePro™ is an industrial-strength descaler. Avoid use in windy conditions. Rinse thoroughly after using. If unsure, contact Aspen Pumps Ltd for application advice.
