Tube Benders

Javac Edge tube benders feature a patented Dual Hinge design that resets the handle position for extra leverage on second bends to 180°. Ergonomic TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip. All benders are for use on soft drawn copper only.

Flare Size Gauge

The JAV-1022 Flare Size Gauge checks 6 flare sizes from 1/4" to 3/4" OD. Dual sided — imperial one side, metric the other. Anodised aluminium construction. An essential quality-check tool: verify every flare before you connect and eliminate callbacks from leaking joints.

Brazing Torches

Javac OLY2 Brazing Torch

The OLY2 is a more compact option with auto ignition, 360° swivel tip, variable flame control, and stainless steel nozzle. A solid all-round brazing torch for standard HVAC pipework. Compatible with MAPP and Propane.

Oxy-Acetylene Brazing Kit — F23220001

For engineers who need the higher temperatures of oxy-acetylene brazing, the F23220001 Complete Kit includes everything: oxygen and acetylene regulators, brazing torch and mixer, 5m hose pair, flip-up goggles, 3 assorted nozzles, pistol grip lighter, cylinder spanner, nozzle cleaning set, and flashback arrestors — all in a foam-lined carry case. The flashback arrestors are included as standard, which is an important safety point.

Core Removal Tools

Javac Edge Hi-Flow core removal tools allow Schrader valve cores to be removed and replaced without losing refrigerant or breaking vacuum.
