MasterCleanse Flush Machine

The Mastercool 69900 MasterCleanse flush machine (220V, 4 gal/min) circulates flush solvent through the refrigerant circuit at high flow rate to remove metal particles, debris, acid, and contaminated oil following compressor burnout. Thorough flushing before installing a replacement compressor is essential — residual contamination will damage the new compressor and void the warranty. Replacement filter (69900-FS) and O-ring (69900-FSO) are stocked as service parts.

Flush Solvents

Mastercool flush solvent in 520ml quick-flush cans, 960ml cans, and 1-gallon containers for single-use and high-volume flushing applications. Available in 6-packs for workshop stock. The 91046 A/C System Flush Kit with 1/4" connections provides a complete flush solution for smaller systems without a dedicated flush machine.

When Flushing is Required

System flushing is required after compressor burnout (acid and carbon contamination), after a refrigerant circuit breach (moisture and debris ingress), and when changing refrigerant type on a system previously charged with mineral oil. After flushing, install a new filter drier, recharge with the correct refrigeration oil, evacuate with a vacuum pump, and recharge with refrigerant. Check system operation with manifold gauges after recharge.
