Compressor Oils
Correct compressor oil selection is critical for system reliability and warranty compliance. POE (Polyolester) oil is required for HFC refrigerants including R410A, R32, R134a, R404A, and R407C. PAG oil (grades 46, 65, 100, 150) is used in automotive A/C systems with R134a and R1234yf. ZEROL HD 46 is the specified compressor oil for R1234yf systems. Mineral oil is used with older R22 systems only — do not mix oil types. Always add the correct oil grade and quantity when replacing a compressor or after system flushing.
Vacuum Pump Oil
Dedicated vacuum pump oil for single and two-stage HVAC vacuum pumps. Change oil every 10–15 hours under heavy use or whenever the oil appears milky or discoloured — moisture contamination reduces pump performance and ultimate vacuum depth. Available in 1L bottles. Vacuum pump parts and exhaust filters are stocked separately.
Coil Cleaners & System Chemicals
Evaporator and condenser coil cleaners for routine AC maintenance — including alkaline HydroCoil evaporator cleaner, RectorSeal Clean-N-Safe, and EasyClean universal coil cleaner. UV Leak Detection Dye
UV fluorescent dye for injection into refrigerant circuits to identify leak locations under UV light. Compatible with R410A, R32, R134a, R1234yf, and other common refrigerants. Use with a UV lamp from the Leak Detection range for visual confirmation of leak source.
System Flushing
Refrigerant circuit flushing agents for removing contamination following compressor burnout or system contamination. Flushing is required before installing a replacement compressor to prevent acid and debris from damaging the new unit.
