Spin flaring tools produce a smoother, more consistent flare with less work hardening of the copper — recommended for A2L refrigerants including R32 and R1234yf where joint integrity is critical. Swaging & Tube Expanders
Swaging tools create socket joints in copper pipe — expanding one pipe end to accept another for a brazed field joint without a fitting. Tube Cutters & Deburring
Clean, square cuts are essential before flaring or swaging — a poorly cut pipe end causes flare distortion and leak risk. Tube cutters in sizes covering 3/16" to 2 1/8" OD are stocked alongside reamers and deburring tools for removing the internal burr after cutting. Always deburr before flaring.
