Installation Guides
K-FLEX ST (Standard Tube)
- Measure & Cut: Cut insulation to length.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply K-FLEX 520 on slit edges.
- Position: Fit around pipe.
- Seal: Press edges tightly.
- Joints: Seal with adhesive + tape.
K-FLEX ST/SK (Self-Seal)
- Prepare: Clean pipe.
- Remove Backing: Peel adhesive strip.
- Position: Fit over pipe.
- Seal: Press firmly.
- Joints: Seal with tape.
K-FLEX PE / PE PLUS / COLOR
- Cut to Length
- Slide On
- Seal Joints: Use PE tape.
- Bends & Fittings: Mitre cut.
- Support: Every 1–2 m.
K-FLEX PU Installation
- Measure & Cut
- Apply Adhesive
- Position
- Seal
- Joints: Seal with vapour-barrier tape.
K-FLEX K-Rock Foiled Installation
- Measure
- Position
- Secure: Using banding or wire.
- Seal Joints: Overlap foil & tape.
- Finish: Ensure full vapour barrier integrity.

- Prep: Clean pipe.
- Apply Adhesive
- Position
- UV Protection: Seal joints.
- Weather Protection: Add cladding.
