Installation Guides

K-FLEX ST (Standard Tube)

  1. Measure & Cut: Cut insulation to length.
  2. Apply Adhesive: Apply K-FLEX 520 on slit edges.
  3. Position: Fit around pipe.
  4. Seal: Press edges tightly.
  5. Joints: Seal with adhesive + tape.

K-FLEX ST/SK (Self-Seal)

  1. Prepare: Clean pipe.
  2. Remove Backing: Peel adhesive strip.
  3. Position: Fit over pipe.
  4. Seal: Press firmly.
  5. Joints: Seal with tape.

K-FLEX PE / PE PLUS / COLOR

  1. Cut to Length
  2. Slide On
  3. Seal Joints: Use PE tape.
  4. Bends & Fittings: Mitre cut.
  5. Support: Every 1–2 m.

K-FLEX PU Installation

  1. Measure & Cut
  2. Apply Adhesive
  3. Position
  4. Seal
  5. Joints: Seal with vapour-barrier tape.

K-FLEX K-Rock Foiled Installation

  1. Measure
  2. Position
  3. Secure: Using banding or wire.
  4. Seal Joints: Overlap foil & tape.
  5. Finish: Ensure full vapour barrier integrity.

K-FLEX SOLAR HT Installation

  1. Prep: Clean pipe.
  2. Apply Adhesive
  3. Position
  4. UV Protection: Seal joints.
  5. Weather Protection: Add cladding.
