Liquid vs Vapour Recovery

The Y-valve allows both liquid and vapour phase recovery from a single cylinder. Liquid recovery is faster and more efficient for larger refrigerant charges; vapour recovery is used when liquid recovery isn't possible due to system condition. Having both options on one cylinder improves flexibility and efficiency on site — no need to carry two separate vessels.
