The Javac Edge JAV-1023 is a professional 2-in-1 flaring and swaging tool that combines two essential HVAC installation functions in a single precision-engineered kit. The standout feature is the patented Diamond Flaring Cone — a unique square edge fitting that allows the cone to spin as you turn the handle, creating a perfectly smooth finish and deburring and polishing the flare during the process. Less time deburring, better quality joints.
The indexing mechanism provides accurate alignment when switching between different hole positions on the flaring bar, while the Tube Positioning Plate ensures the tube is set at the correct position for all sizes. Supplied in a hard plastic carry case. Note: hard drawn copper must be heated prior to use.
