Javac Edge Imperial Tube Expander Set – JAV-1025
The Javac Edge JAV-1025 is a professional lever-type tube expander set covering 8 imperial sizes from 1/4" to 1-1/8" OD, designed for clean, accurate bell-mouth expansions in copper tubing for HVAC and refrigeration installations. Six blade expander heads deliver precision and consistency across all sizes. Ergonomic TPR handles provide a comfortable grip throughout use. Supplied in a hard plastic carry case.
Note: hard drawn copper must be heated/annealed before use.

How to Use
- Deburr the inner and outer rims of the tube
- Apply a small amount of lubricant to the expander cone and attach the correct head
- Insert the expander head fully into the tube. If too tight, use the smaller section at the end of the head to open the tip first
- Bring the handles together to expand. For even expansion, expand slightly, rotate the tube, then expand again
- Repeat until fully expanded
