Specifically designed for use on modern CO₂ (R744) refrigeration systems, where higher operating pressures demand equipment you can rely on. Built around a durable two-valve manifold rated for high-side pressures up to 160 bar, this kit is suitable for both sub-critical and transcritical CO₂ applications. Supplied complete with steel mesh reinforced hoses and stored in a Veto Pro Pac Hose Hauler bag for professional on-site use.

Assembly & Operating Notes

• Always connect hoses using new copper sealing washers (supplied) to ensure leak-free connections
• Turn all control valves clockwise to closed position before connecting to a live system
• Low side gauge (#7) max 100 bar — do not exceed when opening service valves
• High side gauge (#8) max 160 bar — monitor carefully on transcritical systems
• Use bleed valve (#1) to safely relieve trapped R744 before disconnecting hoses
• Always close the bleed valve before connecting to a system
