HVAC Pipework, Copper Fittings & Refrigeration Connectors
Copper pipe, brass fittings, flare connectors, valves, and drain hose for air conditioning and refrigeration installation. Trade stock covering standard sizes from 1/4" to 7/8" OD, with same-day dispatch on most lines.
Correct pipework selection is critical for system efficiency and longevity. Refrigeration-grade copper pipe (dehydrated, capped, and nitrogen-purged) is required for all refrigerant circuits — standard plumbing copper is not suitable. Pipe sizes are specified by OD in imperial (3/8", 1/2", 5/8") for refrigerant lines and by DN in metric for condensate and water circuits.
Copper fittings include solder-end elbows, tees, and reducers alongside flare fittings for field connections. Brass fittings and ball valves are stocked for service access points and isolation. Schrader valves and caps are available under Valves.
All refrigerant pipework should be insulated to prevent heat gain and condensation. Pipe insulation is stocked in elastomeric foam (Armaflex and K-Flex) across standard HVAC bore sizes and wall thicknesses for both indoor and outdoor applications.
