The Javac FR1308-4R-E20 is a professional 4-valve manifold gauge set purpose-built for CO₂ (R744) sub-critical refrigeration systems. Rated to 100 bar on the high side and 60 bar on the low side, it handles the elevated operating pressures of sub-critical CO₂ systems safely. Supplied complete with 4 x 60" double-layer steel mesh reinforced hoses, an integrated bleed valve for safe depressurisation, and a carry case.

Sub-Critical vs Transcritical

Sub-critical CO₂ systems operate below the critical point of CO₂ (31°C / 73.8 bar) and are typically found in cascade refrigeration systems where CO₂ is used as the low-stage refrigerant.
